We know that starting therapy can feel scary and uncertain. Whether it’s family conflict, chronic anxiety or depression, relationship struggles, overthinking, insecure attachment, OCD, or a traumatic experience, you deserve a therapist who offers unconditional acceptance and compassion. One who helps you understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do. I work with children, adults, couples, and families. I graduated with a specialization in Victim Counseling, and I am a Certified Trauma Professional as well as an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR therapist. I am also trained in Sandplay therapy.

Guided by a person-centered philosophy, I use EMDR to help clients explore emotions, attachment, culture, and upbringing to reprocess distressing experiences, build resilience, and develop self-awareness—empowering them to release what no longer serves them.

I integrate CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques to tailor therapy to your needs. I create a safe, inclusive, culturally competent space, helping clients find the courage to let go of what no longer serves them.
