Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to turn. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, or a major life transition, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I believe every person deserves to take up space, feel heard, and be accepted as they are. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel seen and comfortable being yourself, without judgment.
I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space for preteens, teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, relationship concerns, trauma, and addiction. Using a blend of CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy, we will work together to build practical coping tools tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
