I specialize in addressing the life issues faced by teens and young adults including mood and emotional challenges, body image concerns, and eating difficulties. I also offer support for navigating peer relationships, managing school stress, and handling transitions. My goal is to provide you with the tools and guidance needed to overcome these issues.
