Estranged Adult Children Support Group - FREE
This free monthly virtual support group is a space where adult children who are estranged from family can share their experiences, be heard, and connect with others who genuinely understand. And you don't have to be no-contact to join us! The group meets virtually on the last Thursday of every month. Sessions are intentionally unstructured and non-clinical - there's no agenda, no pressure, just room to show up as you are. How to join: Text GROUP to 330-234-9694.
