I work primarily with teens, college students, and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or unsure of what's next. Many of my clients are navigating academic pressure, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, perfectionism, or the feeling that they have to have everything figured out. Whether you're adjusting to high school, preparing for college, or finding your way as a young adult, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel accepted, and understood.
As a school counselor, I've had the privilege of walking alongside students through some of life's biggest challenges and transitions. That experience continues to shape the way I approach therapy—with empathy, encouragement, and the belief that progress isn't measured by perfection.
