I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of clinical experience. Treatment focuses on using evidenced-based counseling practices to support personal growth and overall emotional wellbeing.

My approach to counseling draws from the belief that counseling is a collaborative process, with both client and therapist expertise used to support progress forward. I currently have openings for Telehealth and in-person clients. I look forward to meeting you soon!
