I like to use a more holistic approach to treating mental health concerns so in addition to looking at your thoughts and feelings, we will also examine your nutrition, exercise, sleep habits and support network.
I work with adults and specialize in treating depression symptoms holistically, anxiety symptoms, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions and interpersonal issues. I use a variety of different treatment methods including EMDR, CBT, DBT, schema therapy, and creative arts therapies.
My goal for each client is to help him/her develop coping skills and a plan to move through pain and experience healing. You are not alone, and there is hope.
