I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 14 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. One of my specialties is working with individuals struggling with OCD and I am certified in ERP with additional training in I-CBT. Additionally, my practice focuses on supporting people through grief and loss, medical and caregiving stress, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and major life transitions. I also work My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with an emphasis on creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Beginning therapy can feel daunting, especially when you're already carrying a lot. Over the years, I’ve found that a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation for meaningful work. My goal is to meet you where you are—with empathy, curiosity, and respect—and to start building that connection from our very first session.

In our work together, I see you as the driver of your journey, and my role is to assist you in navigating the path ahead.
