I offer tools to help you manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress, as well as help you to improve relationships, communication, and daily living. I provide support through life transitions, such as grief and loss, health issues, peri/menopause, changes in relationship or career, and more.
I am trained in Brainspotting, a body-based modality that evolved from EMDR. I offer Somatic Experiencing, to renegotiate trauma and chronic pain. I offer CBT, EFT, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems, as well as psychedelic integration. Working with relationships, I have training in Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
