About
In my practice, I offer adult and couples therapy, specializing in trauma, anxiety, loss, and relationship distress. I collaborate with individuals and couples who experiences fear, sadness, anger, and disconnection who seek a pathway to healing, greater emotional connection, and sense of well being. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including attachment-based, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and emotionally-focused approaches. I incorporate somatic & sensorimotor strategies, IFS, & EMDR to help heal trauma. My style is calm, non-judgmental, & interactive. I value the opportunity to partner with clients on their journey.
I provide integrative trauma treatment to individuals incorporating both traditional and mind-body interventions, offering a safe space to heal and grow. I offer Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples who find themselves stuck in negative patterns of pain and disconnection and help them strengthen relational bonds and enhance emotional closeness.
Seeking counseling is hard, especially finding the right therapist. It takes courage to begin the journey towards healing and connection. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings for over 20 years and in private practice since 2008. I enjoy helping clients understand what they are experiencing and gain hope, confidence, and skills to move forward.
