I am trained in psychodynamic therapy and incorporate a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), exposure techniques, and practical coping strategies. I also place great value on the emotional and relational aspects of therapy—those deeper, unspoken internal experiences that influence you.
