With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in helping teens, women, and families. I have a particular passion for working with adolescents and am known for building genuine connections with them. My practice includes a strong focus on the treatment of eating disorders, and I know how isolating these struggles can be. In working with teens, I often incorporate Family-Based Treatment (FBT) to help families play an active role in the healing process. In addition to my work with teens, I enjoy supporting women through body image concerns, infertility, parenting, divorce, and career transitions.
I am trained in and most often use Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My background in special education has deeply informed my work with neurodivergent clients. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, offering flexibility and creativity in our work together.
I welcome both individuals who are new to therapy and those who have worked with other providers in the past. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help determine whether my approach feels like the right fit for you or your child. Together, we’ll define your goals and create a clear plan for healing.
