My specialty is with people experiencing a chronic illness or health condition. I also enjoy helping individuals with anxiety and stress, boundaries and communication with family, and significant life stressors. I also work with couples on communication, conflict and life transitions, such as parenthood or with a medical diagnosis in the family.
I enjoy helping people find new meaning in their life, especially when life feels like it's gone off-track. I support people in regaining self-compassion and holding their boundaries. I am conversational, and provide honest feedback and occasional challenges. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Digging into uncomfortable issues is hard work, but it's powerful and transformational. Your feelings and experiences deserve to take up space. Let's give them some room to breathe. For fastest response, please email.
