I’m an individual and couples therapist specializing in trauma. Through my specialties of EMDR, couples and trauma therapy, I help my clients heal heartaches from the past, build stronger bonds, and start living a happier, and healthier life in the present.
As a fully trained and certified EMDR therapist and consultant I have worked with individuals and couples with a wide range of presenting concerns and focus on treating anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship issues, addictive behaviors, and trauma. My counseling style is collaborative, active, and empathic.
I have clinical experience working relationally to help a couple gain insight into their relationship and improve their emotional connection. I completed a 5-year program with the Ackerman Institute for the Family, and specialize in helping couples and individuals thrive in their life and relationships through increased connection to others and themselves.
