I work with a wide array of individuals, who are seeking help for a specific problem or, who are simply looking to expand upon their understanding of themselves & their life experiences. In sessions, I aim to provide a comfortable, safe, & unbiased space where you feel inspired to communicate & empowered to collaborate on your goals. A main area of my practice is working with those struggling with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID), orthorexia, exercise addiction, & body image concerns.
I offer EMDR therapy for individuals looking to process and heal from past trauma, as well as therapy for those navigating infertility, anxiety, depression, and stress related to life transitions. I strive to provide thoughtful, individualized support to help you move through difficult experiences and build resilience.
