I have completed Level 2 of The Gottman Method of therapy for couples. This method utilizes research-based exercises to help couples navigate conflicts, deepen intimacy, and develop greater understanding in their relationship. I am also a certified administrator of the PREPARE/ENRICH premarital/marital assessments.
I have a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families struggling with a variety of life stressors and/or mental health concerns. My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief, parenting/co-parenting, blended family dynamics, relational/marital issues, emotional dysregulation, communication skills, conflict management, and self-esteem.
