I'm honored to support clients longing for a deeper embodied presence, authentic curiosity, & compassionate understanding of themselves. My clients come from all walks of life—many express themselves creatively through art, dance, music & writing. I work affirmatively & sex-positively with LGBTQIA+ people exploring their intersectional identities, sexuality, gender & relationships (kink, poly, ENM). As a queer parent, I’m passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ families.
I approach therapy through a relational, psychodynamic lens that integrates feminist, narrative, and somatic therapies. With couples, I work through an attachment lens (EFT). I understand how vulnerable it can feel to open ourselves up in our relationships, including therapy, and I'm committed to meeting clients with warmth, openness, & genuine presence.
