Welcome! I’m Ally Meyer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy services throughout Pennsylvania. I work with adults navigating through intrusive thoughts, anxiety, perfectionism, or mental rituals often connected to OCD, PTSD, or overlapping symptoms that don't quite have a clear name yet. They may feel stuck in thought loops, weighed down by trauma, or burned out from trying to manage it all on their own. Together, we focus on building clarity, lasting relief, and practical tools to feel more grounded, fully present and themselves.
I specialize in supporting adults with OCD, PTSD, and other co-occurring disorders. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, ERP, and CBT to help clients manage intrusive thoughts, process past experiences, and build coping skills.
