My therapeutic style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and authentic. I don’t believe in “fixing” people — healing happens through understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful connection. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build insight, and create space for growth at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, burnout, and patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from holding everything together and ready for change. Therapy with me is about slowing down, feeling seen, and learning to trust yourself again — emotionally, relationally, and personally.
