We’ll work together in individual or couples/relationship sessions to process, heal, reduce anxiety, and help you find confidence in yourself and your relationships.
My style is relational and warm, but direct. Laughter, tears, swearing, dark humor, movie references, and stories about your pets are all welcome in our sessions!
