My area of expertise lies in working with teens, emerging adults, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, and PTSD. My extensive training includes trauma-informed treatment modalities such as EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. I also utilize a solutions-focused approach for clients who may suffer with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal issues.
