I have over 30 years experience in treating mental health needs. I work with clients of all ages. I specialize in depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and trauma but work with a variety of other issues as well including addiction. I utilize an integrative approach tailored to each client including utilizing play therapy with children. My integrative approach includes overall wellness and focuses on mind, body, and spirit.
I have experience in working with child victims of sexual abuse and with adult survivors of abuse. I have a particular interest in women's issues and working with adolescents.
I believe clients need a safe, supportive environment where they can process their feelings and learn strategies to help them better navigate life's challenges. I believe in clients taking an active role in their therapy, and I work to empower them to lead the healthiest and happiest life they can.
