Life often rains on our plans, and I want to help you find a raincoat and dance in the storm fearlessly. I want to offer you support in learning how to cope with traumatic life experiences, losses, surviving narcissistic abuse, depression, compulsions, and anxiety. As someone diagnosed with ADHD and an autoimmune disease, I understand what it is like to navigate the world differently and crave understanding from those around you. We will walk the path together. Along the way, I will offer palpable interventions, a little bit of humor, alternative perspectives, and compassionate reflection.

I am certified in CBT through the Beck Initiative, which focuses on how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact how you see the world and form beliefs about yourself. I am also certified in Cognitive Processing therapy through Stanford, which will help you process guilt or shame that may linger from traumatic experiences. I am a certified ADHD provider.

I will accept my clients for who they are, will support them in who they want to become, and will help them discover strengths that they may struggle to find on their own. A typical CPT tx plan involves identifying how trauma impacts your life in the areas of safety, trust, power/control, self-esteem, and intimacy. (Sometimes spiritually) There is often an element of learning grounding and relaxation especially for those who may be more dissociative, and someone doesn't have to dive into details to still find themselves free of guilt and shame at the end of therapy.
