Welcome. I offer a warm space for individuals to navigate anxiety, depression,
loneliness, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship struggles, or the quiet discomfort of
living inauthentically. The work is rooted in self-discovery, self-acceptance, and the
belief that healing happens when we feel seen and supported.
My therapeutic approach integrates the mind-body relationship and blends evidence-
based therapies (ACT, CBT, DBT) with solution-focused strategies, somatic (body)
practices, and holistic wellness.
Sessions may include practical skill-building, nervous
system regulation, and exploration of how sleep, nutrition, and environment support
mental health. Informed by 15 years as a wellness coach and plant-based chef, my
work is grounded in whole-person healing.
