Strengthening both our inner person and the significant relationships in our lives can bring lasting change. To those that are interested, I am equipped to help you approach therapy from a biblical Christian perspective.
I have a passion for both individual and marriage therapy. I will work with you to replace negative belief patterns with healthy, productive ways of thinking. Couples will work on communication and negative cycles, enabling them to reconnect emotionally, physically, and spiritually. My integrative approach utilizes CBT, family systems, and Gottman method.
In my office, you will receive unconditional positive regard, and be valued as a unique individual. Together we can investigate the deep, inner beliefs you carry, and discover the ways your mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health are impacted. You will experience a safe space to explore your challenges both individually or in a marriage context.
