I primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) where the focus is goal oriented and takes a hands on practical approach to problem solving. I also incorporate experiential and movement therapies whenever possible, helping children and adults learn about themselves and their capabilities through physical movement and fun activities in nature. My goal is to guide and support clients as they navigate through this journey of self-exploration and empower children and families with tools to succeed in meeting their identified goals.

My passion is for experiential and movement therapies, in the outdoors, utilizing our natural world for mindfulness, coping and resiliency.
