Coping Skills for Anxiety and Depression
Group currently in halted status due to COVID-19. Process/ Psychoeducational Group for Adolescent and second Group for Adult Individuals struggling with Anxiety and Depression. The group will meet 1x per week for 6 weeks. A minimum of 6 participants for each group.
Postpartum Depression: Nurture and Support
Group currently in halted status due to COVID-19. This group is designed for both Mother's and their babies. Nuture and Support for Mothers and Babies. 8 week group. Psychoeducational, process, and skills training for Healthy Attachment. Offers treatment for moderate-severe Postpartum Depression.
Healthy Thinking
Group currently in halted status due to COVID-19. Group Therapy for Adult Individuals. Second Group offered for Adolescents. Topics will cover physical, emotional and mental well-being. 8 sessions total.
