Dr. Allison M. Bondanza is a Board-Certified Clinical Psychologist with extensive training in a range of emotional and behavioral health concerns. She specializes in providing evidenced-based treatment to an adult population for concerns such as anxiety, depression, work related stress, and relationship issues. Dr. Bondanza takes a compassionate and personalized approach to meet each client unique needs while creating a safe and trusting environment. She appreciates the vulnerable yet transformational relationship that can occur in counseling and believes that all individuals can positively benefit from self-exploration.
Dr. Bondanza takes a tailored approached to individual work, ensuring to meet somewhere where they are at while understanding their presenting concern. Within couples work, she uses primary attachment theory, neuropsychology, and arousal principles to help couples better understand themselves and to find secure attachment within their relationship.
Dr. Bondanza received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and her PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. She completed her psychology doctoral internship at the Washington, DC Veteran Affairs Medical Center. She has training and expertise in PACT Couples Therapy and is PACT Level 1 certified.
