I enjoy working with adults, families, adolescents, and children. I have worked with issues such as grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, divorce/separation, family issues, coping with life changes, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and bullying. The needs and goals of my clients are to discover personal wellness and empowerment. I also help build a better bond and understanding between parents and their children/adolescents.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and Louisiana Association for Play Therapy.
I look forward to helping your children/adolescents process their feelings and develop better coping skills. My goal is to ensure my clients can be their authentic selves within a session.
