Hello and welcome! As a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience, I help individuals navigate their unique mental health challenges and identify their therapeutic goals. Through a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy techniques (with children), I connect with kindness and empathy to help individuals identify what may be interfering with them achieving these goals. I help clients learn effective coping skills and how to utilize their own strengths to promote comfort and peace in their lives.
I work with clients from children (5+) to adults with various concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD in children & adults, behavior difficulties, self esteem, and parenting. For school aged clients, I understand the difficulties of scheduling around school and activities. I work occasional Saturdays to accommodate these needs.
