I provide assessment and therapy services in order to better understand the unique needs of my clients and help them achieve their goals in a collaborative and supportive environment. My approach to therapy is individualized, focusing on the specific strengths and challenges of each client. I have experience treating a variety of emotional and behavioral difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-harm, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, and defiance. I also have experience working with parents to facilitate communication with their children, encourage connection, and implement more effective discipline techniques.
I specialize in psychological evaluations and have significant experience conducting assessments for all ages: ADHD, learning disorders, autism, giftedness (including Early Kindergarten Evaluations), psychological, and memory/language evaluations. I provide individual therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults, as well as parent coaching.
