I am passionate about working with Highly Sensitive People and other forms of neurodivergence. I also have a special interest in helping neurodivergent individuals manage and heal from narcissistic abuse in their individual and family systems. My clinical approach is psychodynamic, client-centered, holistic, but also practical and straightforward.
I am certified as an HSP Knowledgeable Therapist (Dr. Elaine Aron) as well as a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (Dr. Ramani Durvasula).
I am the author of the Highly Sensitive Person's Toolkit (Published 2020, Callisto Media), published in the U.S. and internationally and available at most major booksellers.
