Hello! I have always wanted to be a “helper” and through a long path, I finally found my way to what I am truly meant to do. It can be hard to ask for help and just by looking at my page- reading it- you’ve already taken the first step. Here’s a little bit about me: I am a master's level clinician with a degree in mental health and rehabilitation counseling from Salve Regina University. I have six years of experience in the mental health field in several different kind of positions.
I have worked with a wide range of ages (from teenagers through older adults). I am familiar with working with a lot of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, substance use/co-occurring disorders (both in- and outpatient treatment), OCD and life transitions.
