I am an LPCC and Expressive Arts Therapist (EXAT) with a Master of Divinity and advanced training in the intersection of spirituality and mental health. I hold a certificate in religious trauma and specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced religious trauma or spiritual abuse. I also work with clients seeking to integrate their faith into their self-understanding or explore what their faith means to them. In my practice, I work with a broad range of trauma, including sexual trauma and complex or developmental trauma. I am committed to providing an individualized approach that respects each person’s journey.

I utilize Psychodynamic therapy, which emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as a primary vehicle for change. This approach is distinct from more common modalities, such as CBT. Expressive Arts Therapy allows me to incorporate creative modalities, helping clients access and process experiences that may be difficult to verbalize.

I often work with those for whom therapy has historically been a challenge, or who have wondered, "Is therapy even right for me?" I frequently work with leaders and helpers, including pastors, therapists, and other helping professionals, supporting them in navigating the emotional and spiritual complexities of their roles.
