I do not offer judgement, simply a space for thoughtful exploration and implementation of new, sometimes difficult changes. Client needs vary from anxiety, depression, relationship stress, school or work issues, addictions, and sexual discovery. I offer flexible scheduling and am a distance credentialed, meaning we can conduct therapy through the use of technology.
I offer a welcoming space where clients can re-connect with their lost self. Often-times core qualities have been sacrificed in relationships. I encourage clients to re-find and re-build these lost qualities.
