My approach is eclectic in nature, including client centered therapy, reality therapy, utilizing strength based techniques, while enhancing positive coping strategies to life's challenges. I see the therapeutic relationship as paramount, walking along side individual's as they discover and realize their own potential in overcoming obstacles. Throughout which, I hope to facilitate both inner healing and personal growth.
With years of experience working with families, couples, & individuals of all ages, I believe all people have the potential for healing & growth. This is most successfully achieved in an empathic, non-judgemental atmosphere, where you feel safe to explore whatever difficulties you may be experiencing.
