Welcome! My name is Allison Krauss Randall and I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience providing counseling services to women, men and children who have experienced trauma, loss and stress in their relationships and their lives. I am trauma informed and trained in evidence based practices such as EMDR and have trained over 200 therapists nationally regarding the impact of trauma on our attachments and our relationships throughout our life span.
I know how important healthy attachments are to our overall wellbeing. I also know the profound impact when our most trusted relationships hurt instead of heal, traumatize instead of providing a safe haven. In my practice, I hope to create that "safe haven" where clients can feel a sense of calm and healing to finally understand and release the hurt.
During our sessions, I strive to create a compassionate environment with my clients to foster hope, healing and resiliency. Through this safe haven, one can process the impact of trauma on their lives, their relationships with themselves, others and the world.
