Hi, I’m Allison. I approach therapy by looking at the root cause of problems, rather than focusing on one problem at a time. Whether you've been feeling burned out or been having difficulties in your relationships, together we will find ways to get you to a happier place with better self-care. Many times clients who contact me have no experience in therapy, but just know that their life is not satisfying or something is off. That's enough by the way! Anything and everything can be discussed in therapy. I have observed significant shifts in clients I work with, and have seen them become more authentic and empowered.
