I work with people from all walks of life and particularly enjoy working with those who identify as neurodiverse, LGBTQIA, and/or have experienced complex trauma. I will work with you to identify large-scale behavioral patterns, connect those patterns to your past, and help you build lasting skills for regulation, coping, and self compassion.
My approach is highly collaborative. I am experienced in a variety of treatment modalities and shift between them depending on what could be most effective. For example, we might explore structured methods like Lifespan Integration and parts work for trauma; or a more collaborative style using science, metaphor, art, and somatic practices as applicable.
I bring years of experience in inpatient and community mental health, and 10+ years in private practice. I hold a master’s degree in mental health counseling and art therapy, along with Level 2 training in Lifespan Integration.
