Trauma, grief, and chronic illness can weigh heavily on both body and spirit. For those who care deeply about the world, sensitivity can feel like a gift and a burden, especially when it’s carried alone.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and children.
We’ll use a holistic approach to help your body feel safe again, nurture your spirit through creativity, and ease the mental weight you carry each day. Healing often begins with radical self-compassion and meeting unmet needs. Practices like creativity, play, storytelling, and movement can help your nervous system find greater peace and balance.
My style of therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and holistic. I believe clients should have true ownership of their care plan, so you feel empowered, autonomous, and supported in building healthy self-esteem.
Outside of session, you can usually find me reading, walking my dog Zelda, playing music, or adventuring through a game of Dungeons & Dragons with friends.
Reaching out takes courage. If you’re looking for a space that honors both your struggles and your strengths, I’d be honored to support you, let’s take the next step together.

Family Estrangement Support Group
Estrangement is a spectrum. It can range from not being able to receive understanding from family due to strained relationships all the way to no contact due to unsolvable conflict. At this group we connect with others estranged from their birth families, build safety through low-pressure activities, games, and gently process the grief and loss that comes with separation from family. Coping tools and support provided throughout.
