As a licensed clinician for 12 years, I have had the benefit of learning from a variety of settings including inpatient, crisis intervention, and outpatient clinics. I specialize in treating trauma and abuse, incorporating somatic techniques into traditional cognitive approaches to assist you in discovering the story you are telling yourself and break cycles
