After years of clinical experience and professional training in trauma and grief, I've found that mind/body approaches are key to improved quality of life, healthier relationships. and lasting emotional and behavioral changes. I utilize two such approaches, EMDR and Brainspotting. These modalities lead to powerful transformation in the clients I work with.
I specialize in working with those who suffer from childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, co-dependency and betrayal trauma. When you're ready, you can email me for a free 15 minute consultation.
