Hi! I work with high functioning and successful individuals and couples who have honed their professional skills, but struggle to create or maintain healthy, long lasting relationships. I specialize in attachment-based therapy, drawing from interpersonal neurobiology, and utilize other evidence based modalities such as IFS, CBT, and Brainspotting.
I work with a wide range of emotional backgrounds, including those who feel all too familiar with their feelings to those rarely given the opportunity to identify and honor theirs. I also have experience working with survivors of childhood physical/emotional/sexual abuse.
I help individuals and couples form better relationships with themselves and others. By exploring their past experiences and relationships, we illuminate current thoughts and behaviors. I often begin with an attachment-style questionnaire to understand you on a foundational level, while creating space for you to begin empathizing with your younger self.
As your therapist, I’m on your team. I will advocate for you, challenge you, and initiate an atmosphere where you (and your partner) feel heard, validated, and important.
