I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, and grief. I have an interest in supporting interracial families and couples navigating medical challenges. With compassion and curiosity we will process emotions, change unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, strengthen coping skills, and repair damaged relationships.
