Most of my work involves helping others slow down, pay more attention to their body, breathe through routine distress, and recover/heal from trauma. I have 6 years of experience working with survivors of abuse/trauma and individuals living with anxiety and/or depression. I started my career in the field as a crisis intervention specialist in 2020 answering crisis hotlines and completing mobile assessments with people in mental health crisis. Additionally, I have 4 years of experience working at a university counseling center providing individual and group therapy to undergraduate and graduate students from all over the world.

I operate from a systemic, relational, and trauma-informed lens with a mix of somatic experiencing, emotion-focused, mindfulness-based, and dialectical behavior therapy approaches.
