I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, grief, and low self esteem. I have a warm, encouraging, and easy going way of relating with clients that helps them feel comfortable and confident to address the uncomfortable parts of life when the time is right.
I have worked as a therapist in private practice and prior to that I worked with women and families in residential treatment. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused therapy, as well as faith and spirituality as a means toward healing and growing.
