Welcome! I remember how daunting it felt searching to find the right therapist and the confusion of what therapy would be the right fit. Groups
Pottery/Clay Art Therapy Group starts Aug 5th
STARTS AUGUST 5TH! This six week intuitive art group focuses on mindful creation and community and is sensory-mindful. My goal is to allow space for self discovery through independent work time, journaling, and group reflection of the process. As you get the opportunity to play with clay, we mindfully observe the thoughts and mantras that run through the mind. Together, we will begin examining those thoughts and support one another in our journey towards being still and at peace with those thoughts.
