This is a six week intuitive art group focusing on mindful creation and community that is sensory mindful. My goal is to allow space for self discovery through independent work time, journaling, and group reflection of the process. As you get the opportunity to play with clay, we mindfully observe the thoughts and mantras that run through the mind. Together, we will begin examining those thoughts and support one another in our journey towards being still and at peace with those thoughts. This group is perfect for those struggling with art blocks, loneliness, and anyone wanting to know themselves better.
