I frequently work with older teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and other life stresses.
In my practice, I take a client centered approach to my work as each client has different needs and goals. This approach frequently includes borrowing tools, techniques, & skills from CBT, DBT, etc. I begin by getting to know each client and then work with them to develop a plan and goals to work through together in future sessions
