I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages- children, teens, young adults, and adults- as well as with couples, families and groups in private practice and community clinic settings. I use a person-centered, eclectic approach grounded in evidence-based practices, integrating
techniques from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapies.
My experience spans supporting those navigating substance use issues, grief and loss,
trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, disordered eating,
relationship and family struggles, and a range of interpersonal difficulties. I place a strong emphasis on mindfulness, cognitive reframing and skill-building to support client’s goals.
My therapeutic style is laid-back and inviting, creating a safe and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.
