I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and their caregivers work through challenges or trauma, address behavioral issues, find their strengths, and build healthy relationships. I also provide services for adult clients who may need support through life transitions, relationship challenges, and mood-related issues.
I provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions with consideration to your personal values and spiritual belief system. You can expect from me a non-judgmental and compassionate approach in helping you gain awareness, create attainable goals, and challenge unhelpful thoughts or behaviors.
I would be honored to work alongside you in your journey toward personal growth. During this period of public health concerns, I am offering in person or telehealth services (video conferencing) if allowed by your insurance company.
